By booking, you agree to our Booking & Cancellation Terms
CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING
Your booking is confirmed once RESONIQ has accepted your request and the required payment has been received. Please check the date, time, location and service details carefully before paying.
PRIVATE SOUND BATH SESSIONS
If you cancel:
• More than 7 days before your session: you may receive a full refund or move your booking to another available date.
• Between 48 hours and 7 days before: you may move the booking once, subject to availability.
• Less than 48 hours before, or if you do not attend: no automatic refund or transfer will be offered.
If the appointment is successfully filled by another client, RESONIQ may provide a refund, less any reasonable costs already incurred.
GROUP SOUND BATHS
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may be refunded or transferred to another available session. Within 72 hours, tickets are not normally refundable, but you may give your place to another person provided you notify RESONIQ beforehand.
ONE-DAY INTENSIVE SOUND BATHS
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop may receive a full refund. Between 7 and 13 days, the booking may be transferred once to another available workshop. Within 7 days, payments are not normally refundable, although you may nominate another suitable attendee.
CORPORATE EVENTS, PRIVATE GROUPS AND RETREATS
Payment schedules, cancellation arrangements, travel expenses and venue costs will be confirmed in the individual written quotation or proposal before payment is taken.
IF RESONIQ CANCELS
If RESONIQ has to cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid. RESONIQ cannot normally reimburse separately arranged travel, accommodation or other external expenses. This does not affect your statutory rights.
LATE ARRIVAL
Sessions will finish at the scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten a private appointment. Entry to a group session after it has begun may not be possible where it would disturb participants or affect safety.
HEALTH & SUSTABILITY
Sound baths are intended to support relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You must provide relevant health or accessibility information requested before attending. RESONIQ may adapt or decline participation where reasonably necessary for safety.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Any cancellation or cooling-off rights that legally apply will be honoured.
